PRIVACY NOTICE Justice for Carers is a volunteer-led grassroots campaign run by migrant care workers and supporters. How we use your information When you use this tool, you may enter your name, postcode and two selected scenario statements. This information is used solely to: • Identify your parliamentary constituency and MP. • Generate a pre-filled email for you to review and send using your own email application. Campaign records Justice for Carers does not intentionally store your name, postcode, email address or selected scenario statements in campaign records. For campaign monitoring purposes, we store only: • Constituency • MP name • Date and time the email was generated This information is used only to measure campaign engagement, such as the number of constituencies reached. Third-party services This campaign page is hosted on Cloudflare. The MP lookup and email generation are handled through Google Apps Script. The anonymous campaign count is recorded in a Google Sheet connected to the Apps Script project. Postcodes.io is used to identify your parliamentary constituency from your postcode. Information entered into the form is processed through these services only for the purpose of identifying your MP, generating your editable email template and recording anonymous campaign statistics. Your email and responsibility for sending Justice for Carers does not send emails on your behalf. The tool generates an editable email template, which is opened in your own email application. The email is not sent automatically. You are solely responsible for reviewing the wording, making any edits you consider appropriate, adding your full postal address if you wish to do so, and deciding whether or not to send the email. Justice for Carers does not review, approve, send, store or retain copies of the final emails sent by users. Data retention Anonymous campaign statistics may be retained for campaign reporting and evaluation purposes.
